Olbermann's look into Condi's 9/26/06 comments

Here's the video from MSNBC. It starts to get really interesting around the 4:40 mark.

Condi's remarks can be read here which stem from Bill Clinton's interview with Chris Wallace. And if you feel like banging your head against a wall, you should read the interview of Condi by Sean Hannity regarding her statements towards Bill Clinton. Pretty darn misleading and constantly redirecting. (And nevermind the fact that Condi thinks the New Orleans Saints are, "just a really good football team". Really? Watch much football? Saints good?)

Bill Clinton On FOX News with Chris Wallace

This is all over the blogosphere and even in the nightly news. I'll take just a quick few seconds to give my take on it. I'll start with Chris Wallace's reaction to the interview:
Mr. Wallace noted that Mr. Clinton is "a very big man" and that he thought the former president was trying to intimidate him by getting angry.
"As he leaned forward -- wagging his finger in my face and then poking the notes I was holding -- I felt as if a mountain was coming down in front of me," Mr. Wallace said.
When I read that quote, I started shouting Jane's Addiction's - Mountain Song. I'm ready for the November elections. Bring it.

And if you need anymore of a sharp stinging bite of reality, please checkout Crooks and Liars for one of the most amazing clips from Keith Olbermann speaking for truth and looking the propaganda machine straight in the eye. I'd like to see the the right attempt to take that dialogue apart and I'm waiting.

Sen. Mary Landrieu

All I can say is, "Hell Yeah!!" This is what every Dem should be saying to every media outlet:

For as wishy washy as she was dealing with the Katrina and Rita aftermath, these are some solid, bold, true statements on the "War on Terror".
